The vibration of the laminating machine mechanism is one of the important factors affecting the precision of the laminating machine. With the rapid development of the printing and packaging industry at home and abroad, various printing equipment and post-press processing equipment have developed by leaps and bounds. In the post-press processing technology, laminating technology is widely used.

With the continuous improvement of customers' requirements for laminating technology, there is an urgent need for a high-precision laminating machine. In the existing domestic laminating equipment, the difficulty of improving the precision becomes the main reason restricting its development. and the market urgently needs high-speed and high-precision laminating machines. Based on the principle of analysis and testing technology, and based on the Donghao signal testing and analysis system software, a relatively complete vibration test plan for the laminator was selected, and the vibration test of the main mechanism components of the laminator was carried out. The results show that the vibration at the wall panel is the largest, followed by the front gauge axis, and the side gauge axis moves smoothly and the vibration is the smallest.
