Working principle of hot press:

The physical principle of plastic deformation of LGP material when heated is used to complete the processing of the dots.

During product processing, pre-heating and gap adjustment (pressurization) of two oppositely rotating rollers. The rollers are covered with a stainless steel template with a processed microstructure (PATTERN). The LGP is sent to the two rollers by a conveyor. Between the cylinders, the temperature of the two rollers and the template is transferred to the contact surface with the LGP (in theory, it is in line contact). At this time, the LGP undergoes surface plastic deformation due to heat and pressure, that is, the microstructure on the template (PATTERN) is completely transformed. Print on the surface of the LGP to complete the processing of the microstructure (pattern dots) of the LGP.
